Using the Spacing Effect

The spacing effect refers to the robust psychological finding that one’s memory can be improved by repeatedly studying the same information in a spaced out (or distributed) manner compared to when studying is massed into one session. Basically, spacing out your study sessions has been shown to be more helpful than cramming when it comes to learning and remembering!
